The Cars That Ate Paris
After the demise of his brother on the street, unemployed and unstable drifter Arthur Waldo stays for some time within the rural Australian city of Paris because the visitor of the mayor, who hopes he’ll turn into a everlasting member of the Paris inhabitants. Arthur quickly realizes the quaint hamlet has a sinister secret: they orchestrate automobile accidents and rob the victims. Survivors are delivered to the native hospital, lobotomized, and used for an area physician’s experiments.
