Introverted and peculiar, Mara spends her days fabricating props for films. However her reclusive persona conceals an inner wrath. Afraid of being alone, Mara refuses to let her lovers depart, sadistically murdering them and preserving their corpses as dwelling dolls. When she’s employed by Kat, a fledgling producer, the 2 immediately hit it off. As their relationship grows extra intense, Mara begins to lose her already fragile grip on actuality. When her dolls start demanding all of her consideration, and Kat threatens to interrupt her coronary heart, Mara spirals into psychosis, leaving her no alternative however to kill once more.
