Two Evil Eyes
Two horror segments based mostly on Edgar Allan Poe tales set in and across the metropolis of Pittsburgh. “The Details within the Case of M. Valdemar” issues a dishonest spouse who’s attempting to rip-off her dying husband out of tens of millions by having her physician/hypnotist lover hypnotize the geezer into signing his dough over to her. The outdated man dies whereas beneath hypnosis and is caught within the limbo between the right here and the hereafter. The door to the bodily world is opened and the undead try and enter it. “Black Cat” is the story of Rodd Usher, an alcoholic photographer/artist, who descends into insanity after he kills a stray cat that his live-in girlfriend Annabelle brings residence. One homicide results in one other, and the advanced cover-ups start.
