The narrative of the manufacturing of Tortoise in Love could nearly be a picture in it self. Nearly the whole village of Kingston Bagpuize in Oxfordshire was included in the building of the movie. Young mums contributed to the design and sales and marketing. Retired folk provided the drivers along with stewards and props and logistics service. Even the Women’s Institute ordered an incredible catering campaign and also all the crew and cast were lodged in village homes through the length of the fire.
