The Watcher
FBI agent Joel Campbell, burnt-out and shell-shocked later years spent pursuing serial killers, flees L.A. to start a brand new life for himself in Chicago. But five months after, Joel’s best laid plans have been suddenly cut short after his newest hometown becomes the setting for a few especially grisly murders–murders which could have been perpetrated by one guy: David Allen Griffin. Among Joel’s most elusive and adorable nemeses, Griffin is now followed his own former pursuer into Chicago so as to play with a sadistic game of cat and mouse. Taunting Joel with photos of his supposed victims and leaving his offense scenes thoroughly free of hints to be able to keep the authorities at bay, Griffin functions as much enjoyment from watching Joel respond to each movement as seeing his victims expire. However, if Griffin moves to Joel’s inner ring, Joel should immediately find some means to prevent him someone near to him becomes another one to perish.
