The War Between Men and Women
2 unique Manhattanites crash to each other adorable at an ophthalmologist’s office. Peter is a grouchy cartoonist/author whose eyesight is failing, divorced mom Theresa can be reluctant to dive right into a relationship at the moment. It is not love at first sight – both have their eyes peeled, and Peter always lampoons girls in his job, which publication vendor Theresa knows nicely. Loosely based on James Thurber’s drawings “The War Between Men & Women,” and Thurber’s own life, the movie contains animated sequences.
