The Perfect Weapon
At a not too distant future, a totalitarian state run by ‘The Manager” (Seagal) controls all elements of life. All opponents of this country are coped at the way. The majority are implemented by the key government’s assassins. The most useful surgical is codenamed “Condor” (Messner) – at the very top broker and struck man for that federal government. Nevertheless, in his most recent mission, “Condor” neglects to kill an opponent pioneer, also finds himself on the run by the exact same government agency he works . It puts in motion a string of events using unforseen consequences for those involved.
