The Keeping Room
This dramatically reimagined American Western series in the direction of the close of the Civil War, Southerner Augusta experiences two renegade, drunken soldiers that are following a quest of pillage and violence. After having an attempted attack, Augusta races straight back into the isolated farm house she shares with her husband Louise along with their female servant Mad. After the couple of soldiers trail Augusta down intent on exacting revenge, the trio of women are made to take up arms to fend off their assailants, finding approaches to resourcefully guard their dwelling ––and themselves––as the escalating attacks are more inconsistent and constant.
