The Juror
Together with his gangster boss on trial for murder, a mob thug called “the Teacher” informs Annie Laird she has to speak with her fellow jurors to a not-guilty verdict, suggesting that he will kill her son Oliver when she fails. She decides to do so, however, as it will become apparent that the mobsters may want to silence her for good, she sends Oliver overseas and attempts to collect evidence of this plot against her, putting up a last showdown.
