The Harder They Fall
Jobless sportswriter Eddie Willis is characterized by tainted fight promoter Nick Benko to market his present protégé, an unidentified Argentinian fighter called Toro Moreno. Even though Moreno is a large scale giant, his own odds for victory are hampered with a powder-puff punch along with also a glass jaw. Exploiting Willis’ reputation for ethics and status in the boxing community, Benko arranges a set of battles that propel the unsophisticated Moreno to #1 contender for the tournament. The reigning champ, the sadistic Buddy Brannen, harbors bitterness at the marketing Toro was getting and vows to brutally punish him from the ring. Eddie should now choose whether to inform the innocent Toro the reality.
