The Child in Time
Place couple of years after his daughter went lost, The Child Back in Time follows Stephen Lewis, a children’s author, since he struggles to locate intention in his lifetime without her. His wife Julie has abandoned himand his very best friends Charles and Thelma have retired into the countryside, fighting demons of his own. Together with insight and tenderness, the movie explores the dark land of a union ruined, the increasing loss of youth, the fluidity of time, despair, hope, and approval. The Child In Time is just a lyrical and heart breaking quest of love, loss, and also the strength of things hidden.
