The Cartel
In his very first feature film, manager Bob Bowdon takes aim in America’s public school system, demonstrating that a self serving network of unsuccessful cartels that waste funds and don’t deliver with regards to academic testing along with basic competencies. Both teachers and parents need shift, but reform is still a continuing struggle in the surface of heel-digging bureaucrats and alleged “dropout factories.” It’s really a real tragedy that is burgeoning uncontrollable.
