The Brain That Wouldn’t Die
Dr. Bill Cortner along with his fiancée, Jan Compton, are driving into his laboratory when they become a horrible automobile crash. Compton is decapitated. However, Cortner isn’t fazed by this apparently insurmountable obstacle. His experience is in transplant, and he’s eager to do the very first head transplant. Maintaining Compton’s head alive in his laboratory, Cortner intends the revolutionary nonetheless unorthodox surgery. To begin with, however, he needs a human body.
