Six years previously, Robert Kenner, a light-hearted postman in Peckham, South London has been hit by a meteor that bestowed him with enormous powers. Only at that moment, Bob can be a over worked under appreciated “civil servant” for the British governments. He spent most waking saving individuals and filling in forms.
