The app learns, becomes sentient and begins to act as an individual. After having a master computer application, Echelon, gets control America’s entire internet platform, our country has been threatened to be taken to its knees. Hacking in to DARPA, Echelon increases the power to govern the elements, create earthquakes, and also cause a degree of destruction unlike anything else that the nation could imagine. However, how can you stop a personal computer application if it’s control over every shield you’ve got?
