The story follows a group of inbreeds who’ve been suffering from a genetic disease called ‘Merrye syndrome’, named after the family where the disease developed. This malady causes its sufferers to go into a state old regression that begins at age ten and continues through the rest of the individual’s lifetime, which makes them along with the wisdom of a kid.
