Song of the Sea
The narrative of the past Seal Child’s travel home. After their mother’s disappearance, Ben and Saoirse have been all sent to live with Granny in the city. If they resolve to come back for their own home from the sea, their own travel turns into a race against time while they’re drawn in to some sort of Ben knows just out of his mother’s folk tales. However, this isn’t any bed time story; those fairy populations are inside the society much a long time. It becomes evident to Ben which Saoirse is the secret for their own survival.
