Jang-bu has been an average boy with his distinctive talent; To find every moving item such as a slow motion picture. As friends told him by calling ‘monster eyes’, he chose to stick in home rather than to move out. Video was his sole friend. Time passes through, now grown-up Jang-bu works at the CCTV control centre that’s exactly the ideal job because of him personally. If he sees people’s own life during camerahe believes he’s sharing their life he’s never needed. This brand new endeavor opens his heart into this entire world and Jang-bu starts to produce out some friends of their hands centre. Together with his beloved buddies he receives feel of himself and finally decides to indicate a girl he adored for long from CCTV…
