The little city of Tarker’s Mill is startled by a string of sadistic murders. The people fears this is actually the job of a maniac. During a look that the mysterious, hairy monster is detected. This odd look is seen once per month. Folks lock themselves up during the night, but there is 1 boy who is still out, he is preparing the grill.
