Tiffany, Charlie and Vernon are con artists trying to up the ante from their typical scams. They determine a great way of doing that is taking down Dean “The Dean” Stevens, a well known cardsharp, in a rigged recreation. Nonetheless, they first want sufficient cash to enter a recreation with Stevens, in order that they resolve to strike a cope with fellow criminal Larry Jennings to rip-off a neighborhood gangster — which seems to be a nasty concept.
