Appraiser Rachel (Lindsey Shaw) receives the news that her top-notched client would like to buy out a small town’s beloved library to construct a hotel and spa in the property. Rachel is entirely contrary to the notion of departing NYC but loses the debate for her own boss. Thus Rachel packs her bags and slips out to California. Throughout her first trip to the library she conducts right into writer, Jake (Derek Theler), who’s researching the narrative of Captain Black Bart’s hidden treasures due to his second book. With hopes of rescuing the libraryMrs. Archer (Rachel Ticotin), the librarian, compels Jake to reveal Rachel what the library methods to town. Jake’s have alot on his plate using his search and also caring of his niece, Hailey (Chiara Aurelia), along with nephew, Noah (Max Page), to summer time he agrees to assist.
