Red Family

According to a screenplay by the prolific Kim Ki-duk. Two families live nearby to eachother in equal suburban white houses with green lawns. 1 family is in South Korea, one other is actually a bogus family constructed out of North Korean spies. Even the North Koreans must rigorously follow every order in their own regime, who holds their own families hostage. The dilemma is the families influence eachother after a time, the governmental rift from the Korean house gets apparent. Of course, there also does occur crossborder amorous entanglements between young and old alike.
