Rags follows the narrative of Charlie Prince, an orphan living with his acerbic and unloving stepfather and loathed, simpleminded step brothers. Charlie’s fantasy would be to become a singer, also while he’s vocally talented and will write music, he also can not seem to grab a rest. Kadee Worth, on the flip side, could be that the girl of music mogul Reginald Worth and is now a worldwide pop happening. As the entire world knows her glamorous actress, she’s secretly frustrated by playing with additional people’s songs and wearing clothes other people opt on her. Kadee wants the entire world to listen and watch with her true gift. Despite every barrier which gets chucked into their own way, once Charlie and Kadee find one , they all now get the things they were searching for – a voice, a platform, an audience along with one another.
