Quito 2023
is the entire season 2023. Quito was walled by Leonardo Ponce, a military dictator which required charge of their city at early 2010’s. A set of revolutionaries led by Marcos and Santiago are to the point of committing a coup d’état. Only hours prior to the attack, Santiago steps forward and starts asking tough questions that directed everyone to reevaluate why are they doing so. Meanwhile in Ponce’s palace, he’s hoping to decode what’s happening at town walls. There is strange movement and among those revolutionaries is recorded. Ponce attempts to receive as much advice as they could from him. Confined to just two locations, Quito 2023 shows the side of the revolution, the internal battles of these leaders and also the hopelessness of some spot that cannot be governed.
