Jenny, a deaf runaway who has simply arrived in San Francisco’s Haight-Ashbury district to search out her long-lost brother, a mysterious bearded sculptor recognized round city as The Seeker. She falls in with a psychedelic band, Mumblin’ Jim, whose members embody Stoney, Ben, and Elwood. They cover her from the fuzz of their crash pad, a Victorian home crowded with love beads and necking {couples}. Mumblin’ Jim’s truth-seeking pal Dave considers the band’s pursuit of success “taking part in video games,” however he agrees to assist Jennie anyway.
