Pokémon: The Rise of Darkrai
Ash and friends (now followed closely by rookie Dawn) arrive in a manicured village on the approach with their own second Pokemon competition, where insanity will probably erupt together with the Treaty of 2 Pokemon Gods (Dialga and also Palkia) and the birth of a mystical, apparently lethal Pokemon termed Darkrai, that has got the capability to distort time and space.
