Pete’s Dragon
for decades, old wood-carver Mr. Meacham has reveled local kids with his stories of this ferocious monster which resides deep into the forests of the Pacific Northwest. For his daughter, Grace, that acts like a forest ranger, all these stories are barely more than tall stories… until she meets Pete, a mystical 10-year old without a family without a dwelling that claims to reside in the forests with a huge, green monster named Elliott. And out of Pete’s descriptions, Elliott seems remarkably just like this drag on in Mr. Meacham’s stories. With the assistance of Natalie, an 11-year old girl whose dad Jack possesses the local timber mill, Grace sets out to establish where Pete originated out of, where he belongs, and the facts concerning the particular dragon.
