as soon as the daughter of veteran 911 call facility operator Pamela, along with also her husband Jeremy, a Senior police, is kidnapped and held hostagethey were abandoned distressed, without a choice except to stick to the kidnapper’s rules: send messages through dispatch for most authorities and fire units to scatter distant locations across the city by which they’re filled with turmoil.
