Marc Reid (Kevin O’Keefe), a frustrated love novelist, is setup on a blind date with girl called Melissa by his more eager sister Julia (Sarah Kent). Marc, just a little less than enthused, eventually ends up picking up Jessie (Tatum Langton) in the place of Melissa from the flat complex. At the night unfolds Jessie and Marc match with older friends Gary (Bryce Chamberlain) and also Mary (Renny Grames) and earn a few new friends on the way. Matters are complicated from Jessie’s boy friend Trent (Lawrence Fernandez). However, will Jessie and Marc find a way to obtain love? Could Jessie help Marc rediscover love and also his fire for writing or so are they murdered to be yet another missed connection?
