Major Payne
Major Benson Winifred Payne has been discharged from the Marines. Payne is a killin’ system, however, the wars of earth are no longer fought on the battle. A profession Marine, he does not have any clue what to do so as a civilian, therefore that his commander finds him a project – controlling officer of a neighborhood college’s JROTC program, a lot of ragtag winners without a hope.
