I, the Jury
Jack Williams has been the closest buddy of Vietnam veteran and detective Mike Hammer. After Jack is killed, Mike makes it his business to resolve the offense. He’s aided by his own secretary Velda, also partially helped, partially hindered by the Chief of Police, Pat Chambers. On the course of the killer, Mike finds government conspiracies, also plots utilized by the CIA and the Mafia.
