After the arrest of her mother, Ramona, youthful Vanessa Lutz decides to go in search of her grandmother. Along the road, she’s given a trip by college adviser Bob Wolverton. Throughout the trip, Lutz starts to comprehend that Bob is the infamous I-5 Killer and also manages to escape from shooting him many times. Wounded but still very much alive, Bob pursues Lutz throughout the nation within this contemporary retelling of Little Red Riding Hood.
