Detective Conan: Quarter of Silence
The Governor of Tokyo, Yuichiro Asakura, receives a threatening letter that the afternoon prior to the launching of Touto Line, a brand new railroad lineup to its Tokyo Metro. Throughout the launching service of the lineup, Conan Edogawa and the Detective Boys have been driven by Professor Agasa and pass beneath the Touto Line. Conan, with learned concerning the threatening correspondence, finds explosives attached into the Touto railing; using his own initial voice to alert law enforcement as Shinichi Kudo, he can halt the train and then divert traffic away from the explosives preventing any offenses.
