Daddy Long Legs
Wealthy American, Jervis Pendleton has a chance encounter in a French orphanage having a merry 18-year-old residen, also anonymously pays her schooling in a New England school. She writes letters to her mysterious benefactor frequently, but he writes back. Many decades afterwards, he visits her school, while concealing his identity, and—despite the big age gap —they soon fall in love.
