Cruel and Unusual
“Cruel and Unusual” is the story of 3 men that have spent more in solitary confinement than every other offenders from america due to the murder of a prison shield 1972 in Angola, the Louisiana state penitentiary. Robert King, Herman Wallace and Albert Woodfox were convicted by bribed and blind eyewitnesses and without a physical signs. Targeted as members of the Black Panther bash the film follows their fight from the miscarriage of justice and their barbarous and unconventional therapy. Their narrative surfaced in 2016 using the release of Albert Woodfox later 43 years in solitary confinement.
