Stodge City is currently in the grasp of this Rumpo Kid and his group. Mistaken identity takes a hands as a ‘sanitary scientist’ called Marshal P. Knutt is confused for a regulation marshal. Being the abbreviated form, Marshal attempts to help the city eliminate Rumpo, and a showdown is inevitable. Marshal includes two assists —revenge-seeking Annie Oakley and his sanitary experience.
