Twenty-year-old Cal yields from France to Britain after receiving news that his mum is ailing. His finds that his home city of Bristol facing hard economic times caused by the worldwide financial catastrophe, together with crime and poverty to the upswing along with rioting and looting nearly a nightly occurrence. It’s maybe not just a hot home coming as his ailing mum stays homophobic and wants nothing more to do with the currently openingly homosexual Cal while his battered Auntie Jane, currently dwelling in a rundown her home, dulls her stagnation with welfare financed booze and upsetting tries to suck her nephew.
