After Blade’s mother was bitten by a vampire during pregnancy, she didn’t understand that she gave her son a special gift while dying—all the great vampire attributes in combination with the best human abilities. Blade along with his mentor combat an evil vampire cop who intends to take over the obsolete vampire council, catch Blade and reestablish a voracious blood god.
