Black Caesar
Tommy Gibbs is a difficult child, raised from the ghetto, that was a kingpin criminal. As a young boy, his leg has been broken up by a terrible cop on the take, throughout a payoff gone evil. Nursing his own vengeance, he rises to power from Harlem, New York. Angry in the racist society , both straight and criminal, he sees that the acquisition of energy as the remedy to his anger.
