April Fools
Ayumi Nitta can be an associate of a hospital cleaning team and is suffering from extreme social stress. After a one-night stand together with genius physician and gender enthusiast Wataru Makino, Ayumi finds she’s pregnant. However, when she informs Wataru, he dismisses her claim because a poor April Fools joke. Refusing to think he could potentially be the dad of Ayumi’s baby after only 1 night together, Wataru has a lady called Reiko on a romantic date into a Italian restaurant. But, Ayumi additionally turns up, resulting in a significant incident.
