Antonia’s Line
Following World War II, Antonia and her own daughter, Danielle, return to their murderous hometown, in which Antonia’s overdue mum has bestowed a little farm upon her. There, Antonia melts and combines a tightly-knit but odd community. Those around her comprise quirky buddy Crooked Finger, prospective suitor Bas and, finally for Antonia, a granddaughter and great-granddaughter who help develop a powerful family of allowed girls.
