American Violet
a single mum of four living in a small Texas town. Arrested during a drug raid and accused of a crime she did not commit, Dee goes contrary to the wishes of her mother, Alma, also penalizes the plea bargain that will spare her from prison, but her a felon forever. As word starts to disperse that similar episodes are occurring in communities all around the nation, Dee understands there are moms out there such as her, also decides to have a stand against powerful district attorney Calvin Beckett. Now, despite being aware of District Attorney Beckett’s fierce standing, Dee enlists assistance from ACLU attorney David Cohen and former narcotics officer Sam Conroy in overcoming the apparently insurmountable hurdles, if maybe not meddle together with the best of warning, currently threaten to destroy her lifetime. With the custody of her kids at stake, one brave mum salary a valiant struggle to attack the very center of this tainted Texas justice procedure.
