Rocky, Colt and TumTum has to fight a wicked rich toxic waste dumper to be able to conserve a community Indian tribe and their buddy Joe. Even the 3 Ninjas has to help locate Joe’s dad and discover a secret disc which includes evidence that may halt the toxic landfill that’s ruining the Indian neighborhood. No matter how the city is possessed by the wealthy guy and he controls both the authorities as well as the mayor.
